A self-guided tour from inquiry to verified access
A renter chooses a time, proves who they are, and receives access for the showing. Connected locks use a tour-window code; an offline lock can use a preloaded daily fallback. Remo handles the conversation before and after the visit.
The renter can move at their own pace
There is no office-hours wait and no drive from your leasing team for each tour.
Ask and book
Remo answers the unit questions, offers available tour times, books a slot, and sends reminders.
Verify identity
Before access, the visitor scans a government ID and takes a selfie for a face match.
Enter during the window
MyRemotely writes a temporary code to connected, supported locks on the unit. It works for the scheduled showing. An offline lock may need its preloaded daily fallback code.
Close and follow up
The connected tour code expires when the window closes. A daily fallback code lasts for that day. MyRemotely keeps the available access record, and Remo follows up.
Know who received access
Self-guided does not mean shared, permanent entry codes.
MyRemotely checks the visitor before it issues a code. On connected locks, that code is limited to the tour window and the locks on the unit. Offline fallback codes last for a day. The access history records the issued codes and available use events.
That record helps your team answer who received access and when a code was used. It does not, by itself, prove who crossed the door. See all verification and access features →
One tour can include more than one door
A renter may meet a gate, a front door, and a unit door before the showing starts.
MyRemotely can write the same tour code to the supported locks on a unit, including TTLock and Sifely hardware and lockboxes. The renter uses one code instead of calling your team for each entrance.
Our cellular lockbox uses a built-in eSIM and needs no property Wi-Fi. If a supported lock loses its connection, a preloaded daily fallback code can keep access available for that day. Live changes and live status return when the device reconnects.

Human help
Your team can take over a renter conversation or handle a tour that needs an escort.
Questions about self-guided tours
Does a leasing agent have to meet the renter?
No. A verified visitor can use temporary access for a self-guided tour. Your team can still offer an escorted showing when needed.
What stops a code from working later?
A connected tour code expires when the scheduled showing ends. An offline fallback code is valid for a day, so it has a wider window.
What if the lock is offline?
Supported locks can use a preloaded daily fallback code. Live updates and status need the lock to reconnect.
Can we still offer escorted tours?
Yes. Your team can handle a showing that needs a person on site. Remo can still manage the inquiry and the follow-up.
