Priced against vacancy, not total doors
Buy the device once and keep it online from $6.99 a month. The leasing software is charged against the units you are trying to fill, so filling one lowers the bill.
Always online. No Wi-Fi, no gateway.
Buy the device once. Keep it online for as little as $6.99 a month. The cellular subscription is the only recurring line, and it drops as the portfolio grows.

Before you commit
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Fourteen days, and we do not ask for a card to start it.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, and the change takes effect immediately. Add doors and the new tier price applies from that point; drop doors and the bill follows them down.
How can I pay?
Credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer.
Are there setup fees?
No. You pay for the hardware and the cellular subscription, and nothing else.
The things people ask before they say yes
What exactly does Remo handle without a human?
Answering inbound inquiries across text, email and web chat; answering questions about the unit; offering real tour times and booking them; sending reminders; issuing the access code once the visitor is verified; and following up after the tour. Anything outside its scope, such as a negotiation, a complaint or an edge case, is escalated to your team with the full thread attached.
How does a stranger get through the door safely?
They don't get a code until they've passed identity verification: a government ID scan plus a selfie match. The code that follows is bound to their tour window, works only on that unit's locks, and is removed when the window closes.
What happens if the lock is offline when the tour is booked?
The tour still works. Each unit keeps a set of pre-loaded daily fallback codes on its locks, so a visitor can be let in even when we can't reach the lock over the network at booking time. Once the lock is reachable again, the unit's codes are reconciled back to the correct set.
Do I have to buy your locks?
You buy supported smart locks once, and you own them. We support TTLock and Sifely hardware plus lockboxes today, with more connectors in progress. If you cancel, the locks keep working and stay yours.
Does it work with Zillow and the listing sites I already use?
Yes. We publish a standards-based listing feed the major aggregators consume, host public listing pages for your units, and give you an embeddable widget so the same inventory appears on your own website.
Will it work with my property management software?
We integrate with Rentvine and Showdigs today, and we're adding connectors based on what customers actually run. Tell us your stack on the demo call and we'll be straight with you about what's live versus planned.
Who can see the access history?
Your team, scoped to your organisation. Every code issued and every code entered at a lock is recorded with a timestamp, so you can reconstruct exactly who had access to a unit and when, for an owner, an insurer, or a dispute.
How long does it take to get running?
Install the locks, connect your listings, and set your tour rules. Most of the setup time is physical: the software side is a configuration session, not an implementation project.
Let the next vacancy rent itself
Twenty minutes on a call and you'll know whether this fits your portfolio. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
