Open the lockbox without the handoff
Follow the short tutorial, then use the three-step checklist below to retrieve the key and close the compartment safely.

Locate the lock number
Find the 4 or 6-digit identifier engraved on the front or side of the lockbox.

Enter the one-time code
Wake the keypad, enter the 6-digit access code received by SMS, and press #.

Retrieve the key and close
Pull down the latch, retrieve the unit key, and snap the door firmly shut.
